Approach
After the success of an initial partnership within a major global footwear group, I was invited to pitch for a second brand in their portfolio - a strong reflection of the trust, results, and relationships I’d built. I was hands-on from the outset - shaping the proposal, leading the onboarding process and managing the account end-to-end.
This brand faced distinct awareness and growth challenges across Europe: low brand recognition in the UK and Germany, and nuanced market dynamics in France. My role was to architect a full-funnel Paid Social strategy across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, designed to build brand heat while driving measurable commercial outcomes.
This involved balancing upper-funnel KPIs with bottom-funnel efficiency, ensuring spend allocation, creative, audiences and pacing were tailored to each market’s maturity. Working with platform partners, I oversaw multi-language creative delivery and continuous optimization to support the brand's rapid rise in the region.
