This Middle Eastern telecom provider was early in its digital transformation, requiring not only effective Paid Social execution but also guidance on digital maturity, measurement and platform best practices. I was involved from the very start; shaping the pitch, managing onboarding and establishing the foundations for long-term growth across platforms.
I developed and activated a full-funnel strategy across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, designed to introduce the brand to new audiences while driving clear commercial outcomes. Because the organisation was still building its digital capabilities, the work included establishing scalable processes, introducing structured testing, and educating the client on reporting frameworks and platform optimisation.
